Head right to the north of this area, deal with the zombie, then take the stairs down on your right, into the Lower Waterway. Go right the the top, then deal with the zombie there.

Climb out on the right when you can, then head up the stairs. Follow the waterway forward, take a right at the end, then head down the right-hand opening. Go down the stairs in the next room, then drop down into the sewers below.

As soon as you start, head straight for the elevator and ride it up.
